The Alexander Technique helps you to become aware of your unwanted habits of tension in the whole person (mind and body), and to learn to release them to regain natural balance and ease.

Alexander Technique classes are one-to-one. Alice will guide you with her hands and voice through everyday movements to become more aware of any unwanted habits of tension and to learn to release them to regain natural balance. Movements such as getting in and out of a chair, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stairs, breathwork and anything else that is useful for the individual. Plus some time is spent on the massage couch which aids tension release and increases awareness.
Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in the afternoons and early evenings.
£30 per lesson (the first one lasts an hour and after that 40-45 minutes)
